Attorney Profile

Richard M. Sepler was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Miami High School and attended the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, graduating at the top of the class of 1956. After earning his education, he served in the United States Army and retired as a Captain on the Judge Advocate General Corp (JAG). He has practiced law for many years and has earned a wealth of experience in different practice areas throughout this time.

In a more entrepreneurial role, he is a real estate developer and had an active project called Keowee Mountain in upstate South Carolina that recently sold. Keowee Mountain is a gated residential community sitting on over 700 acres in the Appalachians.

Sepler also founded the South Florida Savings and Loan Association, a successful banking institution serving the South Florida area.

In his role as a developer, he has built apartment buildings, town-home communities, residential homes, office buildings, shopping centers, and mixed-use properties in south Florida.
